Our commitment of quality and service to our customers has been consistent since William F. Rosenberger and his son, Raymond in 1925, founded the original Rosenberger’s Dairy. Since 1925 we’ve produced and delivered the finest line of dairy products, added new products and made them available in many sizes.

Over the years, we have expanded our producer base from a single-family farm to more than one hundred farms in the Delaware Valley area. A fleet of stainless-steel trucks gathers raw milks at the farms and delivers it fresh daily to our processing plant on Forty Foot Road in Hatfield, PA.

We employ more than 280 dedicated people, all trained to give the type of service our customers have come to expect and deserve. Through hard work, we continue to grow, developing new products, new packaging, and purchasing new equipment to continue to serve our customers. We adhere to the highest standards of excellence from the keeping of the dairy herds to the final packaging in our plant. Sophisticated testing and quality control procedures constantly monitor all aspects of dairy production.

In 2002 Crowley Foods purchased the dairy in Hatfield and our distribution centers in West Chester and Levittown. Crowley foods was founded in 1904 by JK Crowley in Poughkeepsie, NY. Crowley has a 100-year history as a leader in dairy manufacturing, sales and distribution.

Then in April 2004 another acquisition took place to form a company called HP Hood LLC, which consists of three established companies.

• Kemps, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota
